Areas, questionnaires and locales
Questionnaires by area

Locales
Wave Up always uses a “language-COUNTRY” locale (fr-FR, fr-CA, en-US, en-GB…), never the language alone: a bare language (fr, en) is rejected.
- Texts: questionnaires and the interface exist in French and English. The text is chosen from the locale's language.
- Allowed locales: their list is set for your account. The practitioner can change the patient's locale for the questionnaires, among those.
- EQ-5D value set (France or United States): it is set for your account, case by case, and is not inferred from the locale.
Notices and licences
Questionnaires are displayed in their official versions, with the notices of their authors and translators, during administration and on the PDF. Some questionnaires are licensed: the terms that apply to your use are set out in your contract.
