Results

The result (GET /v1/sessions/{id}/result) is a JSON document with English keys. Texts (questions, answers, names) are in the language of the administration locale. Values are rounded to one decimal.

Pain map

Field	Meaning
`pain_surface`	Total pain surface (cm²) and share of the body (%)
`by_intensity`	Surface per level: `percent` = share of the pain surface
`by_typology`	Surface of each pain type within the painful area: `percent` = share of the painful area
`by_family`	Mechanical (nociceptive + trigger) and neuropathic (union of the 4 types)
`untyped`	Painful area with no pain type specified
`hypoesthesia_outside_pain_cm2`	Hypoesthesia drawn outside the painful area (the only type allowed there)
`images`	JPEG: intensity alone, then pain types alone, front and back. `null` when the layer has no drawing

Nociceptive and trigger are exclusive: trigger drawn over nociceptive replaces it. no_pain: true means “No pain”: surfaces are zero and the MCRi can still be computed.

Questionnaires

scores holds the computed scores: total, anxiety/depression (HADS), pcs/mcs (SF-12), and the per-dimension levels, vas and index for the EQ-5D. It is empty when the score cannot be computed. score_ranges gives each score's scale. The EQ-5D index follows the value set chosen for your account (value_set: fr or us). No clinical interpretation threshold is applied.

MCRi

Score from 0 to 10, 10 = best condition, with its 5 branches (mapping, functional_capacity, eq5d, hads, vas) and the radar as a PNG. When data is missing, status is missing and missing lists what is missing:

kind is cartography, vas, questionnaire or item. Both building blocks (pain map and questionnaires) are needed.

Versions

versions gives the version of the API, the computation engine, the algorithms (surfaces, MCRi) and each questionnaire. Keep them with the result: an algorithm change is announced in the changelog and never applied retroactively.

Co-branded PDF report

report_url (same key as the API) gives a 3- to 4-page PDF:

header with your logo and Wave Up's;
MCRi and radar;
pain map and key figures;
scores on their scale;
answers and copyright notices.

It contains no identifying data apart from your opaque reference.
